In general, most people would agree that it is good to take an inventory of one’s life. Why? Because it is during that time one reflects on who or what they need to purge from their lives. For the most part, that means breaking the chains that have been holding you back from living your best life. How? By letting go.
Thus, I liken it to a spring cleaning of sorts. Of course, no one likes spring cleaning, but it is always necessary. Provided that, it is during that time that we often come across things that we should and need to be letting go of.
For God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son. And since God freely offered him up as the sacrifice for us all, he certainly won’t withhold from us anything else he has to give.
The holiday season is now among us. And 2020 is quickly coming to an end. Of course, it is always good to do some reflection before entering a new year. But what does it mean to let it go and receive God’s best? Well, I’m glad you asked. You see, it is always good to take some time for reflection.
So, before 2021 comes in, take a moment, and think about your life. When you see or hear the phrase ‘Let It Go,’ what comes to mind? Are there any mistakes or bad decisions you regret? Not only that, but have you found yourself unable to move forward because of them?
Besides that, are there people who tend to always seem to remember those errors of judgment you would like to forget? Well, whether others refuse to let go of your past missteps — it is time for you to let it go and get ready to receive God’s best.
